My Story

Thanks for being here! I’m Kelsey Miller, a boy mama, and Pre and Postnatal Fitness Coach.

As a mama myself, I know that finding out you’re pregnant can feel exciting, overwhelming, and even scary. You’ve probably got a lot of questions about how to stay fit and prepare for birth while ensuring your baby grows safely inside your womb.

I found myself in uncharted waters during my first pregnancy. Even as a seasoned coach, I was worried that I would unknowingly do something while exercising that might hurt my baby, and felt unsure about what lifts were safe to perform. I knew I’d need to adjust what I was eating but wasn’t sure how, and had a host of pregnancy-related side effects I had no clue how to handle. This left me wondering if there what other daily things in my routine I needed to change while I was pregnant.

I struggled to find a comprehensive resource that addressed all 3 of these things:

  • a strength training program that was specific for pregnant women

  • simple guidelines for nourishing my body

  • basic lifestyle tips I could wrap my head around

After I had my son, I decided to become a Pre & Post Natal Certified Coach and create this resource I wish I had when I became a new Mom.
